LOCATIONS

Wyeville

Our Wyeville facility is a 1,850,000 ton per year of 20/100 frac sand processing facility near Wyeville, Wisconsin located on 651 acres with coarse-grade Northern White sand reserves, on-site processing and rail facilities. The Wyeville facility produces multiple mesh sizes to meet customer needs, all of which can be shipped by rail from our three 5,000-foot rail spurs that connect our processing and storage facilities to a Union Pacific Railroad mainline. Each rail spur was built to accommodate unit trains, thereby significantly increasing our efficiency in meeting our customers’ frac sand transportation needs.

Our Augusta facility is a 2,600,000 ton per year of 20/70 frac sand processing facility in Augusta, Wisconsin located on 1,187 acres with coarse-grade Northern White sand reserves. The Augusta facility produces multiple mesh sizes consisting of high-quality Northern White raw frac sand, as verified by leading third-party proppant testing companies. Our customers take delivery of the sand at on-site rail facilities that can accommodate unit trains and connect to a Union Pacific Railroad mainline.

Destination Terminal Locations

We own and operate several rail-based terminal locations throughout the U.S. Our destination terminals include over 400,000 tons of rail storage capacity and silo storage capacity. Several of our terminals are capable of accommodating unit trains. Each terminal location is strategically positioned in the shale plays to facilitate our customers' operations. Our terminals include rail-to-truck and rail-to-storage capabilities and serve as the base for most of our terminal resources and materials management services. Our terminal facilities include material staging areas, rail track capabilities, material handling equipment, private rail fleet, bulk storage and quality assurance services.

Whitehall Facility

Construction of the Whitehall facility was completed in 2014. The Whitehall facility has an annual processing capacity of approximately 2,860,000 tons of 20/100 frac sand per year. All of our product from the Whitehall facility is shipped by rail from rail spurs that connect our processing and storage facilities to a Canadian National mainline. The length of these rail spurs and the capacity of the associated product storage silos allow us to accommodate a large number of rail cars. It also enables us to accommodate unit trains, which significantly increases our efficiency in meeting our customers’ frac sand transportation needs. Unit trains, typically 80 rail cars in length or longer, are dedicated trains chartered for a single delivery destination. Generally, unit trains receive priority scheduling and do not switch cars at various intermediate junctions, which results in a more cost-effective and expedited method of shipping than the standard method of rail shipment.

Blair Facility

During 2015, we commenced construction of the Blair facility. Completion of the Blair facility is anticipated for the second quarter of 2016, with a plant processing capacity of 2,600,000 tons of 20/70 frac sand per year.
